Shipping & Returns


We are pretty much unlikely to meet quality problems as we only supply top quality goods. Moreover, we use dual quality control to avoid shipping low quality items. Would the defect be related to manufacturing, we will offer you a replacement solution. You may return it for an exchange under the below conditions:

- Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging, including all the tags and labels;

- Returns are FREE for all customers. Returns within 50 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded or credited to your account or refunded via the store credit.

- We'll also pay the return shipping costs when you're returning Clothing items if the return is a result of our error;

- If no quality problem involved, Returns should be shipped via courier at client expense, and a traceable Tracking Number should be provided to us;

- Return requests should be emailed to us within 15 working days of delivery;

-All sales final on intimate/undergarment apparel and sale item (s).

-Because there is no inventory, All Customized goods can not accept returned

IMPORTANT:

1. Please kindly note that all the goods on the website are made exactly according to the original ones, all with tags and labels, but no certificate can be provided, and we can't accept returning the goods by the reason.

2. You may order some tracksuits or tee shirts which have rhinestones. Although we double checked the items before we ship them out from our warehouse, but some rhinestones still inevitable may fall away on shipping. If you extremely mind this kind of issue, Please keep off to order Rhinestone styles. Because we NOT accept the returns if only some rhinestones drop-off.

3. For all the returned goods, please contact your sales before you returned the goods.

Our sales will inform you how to write the address and other details to help us received the parcel. If you not inform us in advance, and the parcel lost, the loss will be bearded by yourself.

When you return goods to us, you usually need the information below:

Very Important: After you send the parcel, Please and must inform us the tracking number and let us how to track the return parcel.

EXCHANGE:

We can exchange the occasional defective goods.

All returned items are subject to final inspection before exchange will be processed. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for an exchange to be processed.

But please noted that "SIZE NOT FIT" is not our faulty, but in order to maintain our future business, we are glad to accept FREE EXCHANGE size ONLY ONE TIME and buyers must pay the shipping cost in advance.

All the clothing on our website are from the factory directly, if you are not sure what is your size, you can see "F.A.Q" for help. And we suggest you can order 1 pc to check the size before your big orders.

Tips: For any quality complaint, please send us detailed e-mail with description and detailed pictures of faulty goods. After we confirm the fact, we can make the exchange for faulty products in your next order, providing you have sent us enough proof.

Very Important: Exchange only can be made from the same Item, you can not exchange Item A to Item B, please understand that. Thx.

REFUND Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can request a refund, including partial or full refund. And the the precondition is that you have returned part of goods or the whole parcel.

We will refund you the total amount of returned item after we received all the goods in good condition.

For the refund of the returned items, customer must afford the return shipping fee.

Shipping is not refundable. Transaction fees also not refundable,
please kindly noted, thank you.

IMPORTANT: WE CAN NOT REFUND IF YOU DO NOT RETURN THE GOODS.
